Research & Developement Award 2022 by Barco
Barco, the European leader in video-mapping solutions, has rewarded our technology with the Stereopsia Research & Development award 2022.
Barco applauds the fact that we have developed Augmenta following the video-mapping industry standards to fit naturally into the working environment of broadcast professionals. We make it easy to deploy, use and maintain the augmenta system, which can be done by the usual teams of immersive spaces that use our technology.
We are invited to spend three days in residence at Barco’s headquarters in Kortrijk, Belgium. The brand will provide us with the best equipment available in the video-mapping industry to develop an interactive experience.

Brussels Light Festival prize 2022
Stereopsia rewards our creativity by inviting us to create an interactive experience at the Bright Brussels festival from February 16th to 19th 2023! An opportunity to work with our talented friends from THEORIZ Studio to realize the content.
Did you know that? The Augmenta interactive technology was first developed by the digital art studio THEORIZ. The studio then standardized its solution to improve the accessibility of immersive technologies to content creation studios around the world.
We won’t reveal any details about the work yet but we hope to see many of you in Brussels.

XR4Europe 2022 Mentoring prize
Our technology caught the eye of the XR4Europe experts: the jury awarded us the XR4Europe 2022 Mentoring prize. Augmenta will therefore benefit from the support of the major European XR leaders in its international development. As we accelerate our international development, their valuable advice will allow us to get to the heart of the matter more quickly and to continue to improve our solutions so that they are perfectly suited to our users’ needs.
